Runners, walkers, roller-bladers and bikers love Park Point for its even terrain and eclectic mix of architecture. There's a new generation of surfers who've discovered Lake Superior and you’ll see them catching waves along with kayakers and windsurfers right out your window. 

the neighborhood    In the mood to explore? A wonderful mix of restaurants, movie theaters, museums, galleries, antique stores, coffee bars and locally owned shops can be found just across the bridge in the historic Canal Park area. Duluth’s popular Lakewalk begins in Canal Park and takes you past several Duluth landmarks, including the Rose Gardens and Leif Erickson Park.
